nall *212* Clubhouses Stan needs to build a clubhouse so he and Kyle can play "Truth or Dare" with Wendy and her friend, who has a crush on Kyle. Cartman and Kenny retaliate by building a clubhouse of their own; only theirs has hot chicks. Meanwhile, the Marshes marriage breaks up and Stan learns a valuable lesson about love and family.

GotACoolName Re: *212* Clubhouses I thought this episode was pretty stale overall--the character actions seemed really unrealistic, with Roy doing that really unconvincing "YOU CAN'T JUST PLAY WITH MY EMOTIONS *run off and cry*" act, Sharon's "do me" at the end, etc.

But the Fat Abbot cartoons were absolutely hilarious. They had me laughing every second they were on. reply -

dude i think that was pretty much the point, that they did all the typical things that happen when parents get divorced and then get back but in like one or two days lol
i loved roy going to stan all like "when are you gonna let me in huh?" and they had like just met lmao!
and the bebe/kyle thing was hilarious too, kyle running off after they kiss screaming "AAAH, SICK DUDE" was so funny! reply -
GotACoolName Re: *212* Clubhouses That's not what I meant. :/

I mean like, Bebe telling Kyle to shake that ass, I'M NOT YOUR DAD (freak out and cry out of nowhere), really strange soap operaish sound effects like when Randy says the C word, and so on felt like really dated humor. That's true of most early-season episodes.
I was basically just pointing out how fricking awesome Fat Abbot was and throwing in the comment about the staleness of the rest of the episode to make my post less empty. reply -
