In "Up the Down Steroid" (803), Cartman faked retardation to compete in the Special Olympics, and failed miserably. Although, with the help of 'roids, Jimmy did quite well.

That's probably what you're talking about. But you can also see him in Cartoon Wars Pt. I (1003), as the "punchline" of a joke in Family Guy.

You get a nice look at his fro in his School Photo, or check out his sweet News Anchor hairdo from "Quest for Ratings" (811). Kyle also sported the cult look in "Super Best Friends" (504). It's so much easier on everyone when the boys keep their hats on.

But you can download and watch the episode "Good Times with Weapons" or "Imaginationland: The Movie" in HD if you own an xBox 360.

As for Mr. Hat, when Garrison got re-promoted to teach the 4th grade in "Death Camp of Tolerance", he realized that 4th Graders were too old for his hand-puppet friend, Mr. Hat. Instead, he did what any normal teacher would do: replaced Mr. Hat with a gay S&M assistant named Mr. Slave, or as Garrison calls him, the Teacher's Ass.
